Payment policy

We don’t confirm room booking without any deposit.
We need 50% advance to hold the rooms. All payments need to be cleared before or at the time of check-in.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 90 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 50 % amount would be refunded to the customer.

Cancellation of booking done in less than or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date; no refund would be given to the customer.

Other policies

Each guest has to carry a valid ID proof at the time of check in.
Customer has to carry a copy of booking voucher at the time of check in.
Right of admission reserved as we don’t allow suspicious unmarried couple.

The entire experience was superb at Valcho. The food the environment the refreshing views from up here is at another level. Ignore the past negative comments,the hotel has been renewed and reopened recently and it's a perfect place for hangout and quality time. Expect everyone to visit this wonderful place atleast once..

While the food was delicious and the view was great, there were a couple of drawbacks that prevented me from giving it a higher rating. Firstly, the parking space was extremely limited, which was inconvenient. Secondly, although the food was tasty and reasonably priced, the portion sizes were a bit small. For the same price, I've had more generous servings at similar establishments like Sango Village, Overall, it was a decent experience, but not outstanding enough to warrant a higher rating.

Good Rooms and Hygienic bed and bathroom. There is Bar and Cafe on the same building so it's very convenient. View of Town is what you can enjoy the most. Parking could be much better.

The restaurant is located at the high ground of Itanagar and has a nice view of Itanagar from its balcony. It has a bar on the basement floor. The restaurant does not have a proper parking place, one has to park the vehicle on a steep road, which most of the time is full during office hours. The seating arrangement is good and offers a great view of Itanagar while you are having your food. The best time to visit is in the evening, you'll be seeing glittering Itanagar from the balcony.

I had the best birthday celebration here......!!🎂🎈(writing after week) Food was so good we ordered so many i dont even remember.. i had pork chilli which was my favourite 🤤 and pasta was amazing 💕 Weather was so fine and you can enjoy the view also 😍which most cafe lack. The service was very nice ..they were very polite and also thankyou for playing birthday music for me 🤭 which i forgot to thank them 💕 Coming back for sure 😊
